Founded in 1991 in Galicia, Spain, Coral is a Michelin Star restaurant specializing in the local ingredients of its surroundings. Although fictitious, the overall feeling is meant to convey that of locals who have lived off the land for centuries, upholding traditions passed from generation to generation.
The look is rustic yet refined and pays homage to cave paintings left by our ancestors.
